Q355D welded H-beam can accept punching, branch cutting, galvanizing, painting and other processes. Welded H-beams do not change the properties of the steel. Welded H-beam is also divided into: high frequency welding and submerged arc welding. The advantage is that it can be processed, designed and combined at will with the project, and special specifications can be manufactured to meet the actual needs of special projects. Q355DH steel specifications are economically designed, and its section moment, section coefficient, pressure resistance and load bearing are much higher than those of hot rolled steel of the same unit weight.
Q355D welded H-beam: The metal core covered by the skin in the welding rod is called the weld core. The core is generally a steel wire with a certain length and diameter.
When welding H-beam, the core has two roles: one is to conduct the welding current and produce an arc to convert electrical energy into heat, and the second is the core itself melts as the filler metal and liquid base metal fusion to form a weld.
