Baotou Steel put into Operation a New Continuous Rolling Production Line of Small Diameter SMLS Pipe

As everyone in the industry knows, most large-diameter seamless steel tubes are currently sold in the market from Baotou Steel, but high-quality small-diameter seamless steel tubes are rare. The steel pipe production line will be put into production soon.
Baotou steel ∅ 100mm hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production line upgrade and reconstruction project construction is divided into two phases of projects, of which the first phase of the project uses the existing plant and equipment of Putte Steel Pipe Company to transform the hot-rolled and finishing area and add new A high boiler tube finishing line can produce seamless steel tubes with a diameter of 25 mm to 89 mm and a wall thickness of 3.5 mm to 15 mm .
The second phase is going to build a heat treatment project on the open space. After we have the plant, we will put in the heat treatment equipment to (contribute to) the extension of the steel pipe industry chain and the upgrade of products.
Although it has not been officially produced yet, Baotou Special Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. has received an order from CNPC .
These small diameter ,high-quality seamless hot-rolled steel pipe by Baotou Steel produced ,the biggest feature is good physical properties and high geometric accuracy, which can be widely used in oil fields, boilers, and construction industries.
