The range is wide and can meet the anti-corrosion performance requirements of various products from home appliances to automobiles. Require. On the other hand, electro-galvanizing has advantages in saving zinc resources. Because the coating is uniform and there is no zinc slag, the utilization rate of zinc is high. The processing performance and welding performance of electro-galvanizing are relatively good, especially the welding performance. Electro-galvanizing can very conveniently produce single-sided plated products to meet some special requirements. For example, if the inner panels of automobiles have special welding requirements, single-sided plating is generally used.

Of course, electro-galvanized products also have some disadvantages. Its shortcomings are mainly related to its process characteristics. On the one hand, its raw materials must use annealed plates, which are continuously annealed or bell annealed. After annealing and oiling, they are then electroplated. In this case, the quality requirements for the substrate are higher, and insufficient performance may cause a series of surface quality problems; secondly, Since it is annealed and then re-plated, the production process is longer than hot plating, which has an impact on cost control. On the other hand, electro-galvanizing automobile sheets with thick zinc layers has a greater impact on production capacity. The number of electroplating tanks needs to be increased, equipment investment is large, and power consumption is large. The overall situation is at a disadvantage in terms of energy consumption and cost control.
