Galvanized strip steel is a cold-rolled or hot-rolled, long and narrow steel plate coated with a layer of raw materials called (zinc, aluminum) to varying degrees. Hot-dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion, and long service life. The hot-dip galvanized strip steel matrix undergoes complex physical and chemical reactions with the molten plating bath to form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer with a tight structure. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and strip steel matrix. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance.
Production Process:
First stage of folding
The entire roll of steel strip is pickled and decontaminated to make the surface bright and clean.
Second stage of folding
①Hot-dip zinc: After pickling, clean it in an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride. Then it is sent to the hot dip plating tank for galvanizing.
② Hot-dip galvanizing: After pickling, it is cleaned in an aqueous solution of ammonium chloride or zinc chloride or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride. It is sent to a continuous annealing furnace and then entered into a galvanizing tank for galvanizing.
③ Direct galvanizing: After pickling, it is sent to the continuous annealing furnace and then into the galvanizing tank for galvanizing.
The third stage of folding
After galvanizing, the steel strip is coiled up and stored in the warehouse. The galvanized layer can be customized according to customer requirements, generally not less than 50g/square meter, and any sample must not be less than 48g/square meter.
post processing
The post-treatment of galvanized steel strip includes three aspects: passivation, pre-phosphating and oiling. First, the galvanized strip steel must be passivated, which can improve the surface structure and gloss of the galvanized layer, improve the corrosion resistance and service life of the galvanized layer, and improve the bonding force between the coating and the base metal. Passivation treatment mainly uses chromate passivation. Add some activators, such as fluoride, phosphoric acid or sulfuric acid, to the passivation solution to obtain a thicker chromate film after passivation. When there is fluoride in the passivation solution, it can reduce the surface tension of the steel strip, accelerate the film-forming reaction, and increase the chemical polishing effect to make the passivation film delicate and bright.
The application effect of galvanized strip steel meets modern needs and has been widely used as a building material today. Galvanized strip steel has the characteristics of being rust-free and corrosion-resistant for many years. It can not be affected by the adverse external environment and always maintain its own performance and appearance. In the process of using galvanized strip steel, in order to improve its operating efficiency and its own characteristics, the finished galvanized strip steel can be post-processed to make its performance even better.
