① When the carbon content is less than or equal to 0.05%, the maximum allowable chromium content is 0.25% at the manufacturer's option.
②Cb=Nb
③ For steel with a carbon content of 0.02% or above, the titanium content may be allowed to be the smaller of 3.4N + 1.5S or 0.025% according to the manufacturer's choice
ⓐ There is no specified limit for Al, Si, N, and B elements, but the analysis results should be reported.
ⓑ When steel specifies copper, the copper content is the minimum value. When copper is not specified in the steel, the copper content is the maximum value.
ⓒ When the application requires aluminum deoxidized steel, it is allowed to order commercial steel (CS) with a minimum total aluminum content of 0.01%.
Note 1: Commercial Steel CS Type A and CS Type B combine chemical grades and comply with standard ASTM A568/A568M Table X2.3. (Example CS Type A 1005, CS Type B 1008)
Note 2: There is no specified type of CS chemical grade of Commercial Steel, which complies with standard ASTM A568/A568M Table X2.1. (Examples CS-1005, CS-1008, etc.)

①Applicable to various steel plate thicknesses. As the thickness of the sheet decreases, the yield strength increases, the elongation decreases, and some formability values decrease.
②The mechanical property values in the table are optional. This data is provided to assist the purchaser in specifying the appropriate steel for a particular application. These values may be exceeded.
③Yield strength and elongation are measured in the longitudinal direction according to the test methods and definitions of standard ASTM A370.
④The average plastic strain ratio (rm value) measured according to the standard ASTM E517 test method.
⑤Strain hardening index (n value) measured according to the standard ASTM E646 test method.
⑥This standard does not specify the average plastic strain rm value and the strain hardening index n value
