The 250kVA-6.6/0.4kV small dry-type transformer has been completed and is ready to be shipped to South Africa.
Precautions for transporting dry-type transformers:
1. The transformer is large and difficult to transport. Generally, trailers are used for road transportation, but the speed is generally less than 15km/h, and less than 10km/h on other roads;
2. If tipping occurs during transportation, the traction test point should be placed at the center of gravity of the equipment;
3. In addition, the setting of the transformer storage tank is also very important. For traction equipment, it needs to be placed horizontally.
4. During transportation, transformers are prone to collisions and vibrations, so the impact recorders used in general transportation vehicles can reliably record the damage to the transformer and facilitate timely adjustments;
5. If a rolling loading and unloading truck is used, the hauling speed shall not be greater than 0.3 km/h, and the rolling hauling speed shall not be greater than 0.9 km/h; due to different roads in different places, transportation needs to be carried out according to the manufacturer's regulations;
6. In addition, it should be noted that during the loading and unloading process, the transformer and reactor may tip or tilt, so professionals need to observe and adjust to avoid damaging the transformer; at the unloading place, it should be noted that the soil on the ground must be firm , the transformer cannot be damaged due to falling soil;
